Our non-profit organization is a entity for PUBLIC BENEFIT  and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes 501(c)(3). The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide opportunities for children and young adults to grow physically and emotionally through the art of dance.
